Today escrow closes and our town home is officially sold! Yay! What a hassle it was to go back and forth with the buyer and management company on extra work they wanted done, paperwork to be signed, info to be gathered, policies to be cancelled, etc. It was a major time waster. We are not making any money off of the sale, unfortunately, but I'm so glad to not have to spend any more time dealing with the place. I'm just sad that the renters had to move because they are great people.
I had so many good ideas for my webcomics this week and was able to get quite a few sketches done.
My son finally showed interest in The Lord of the Rings movies, so we watched the first one together on Sunday. It's one of my favorite movies and I love the book. No one else in the family is interested, but it was nice to share the movie with my son.
My husband got me gifts, chocolates, and flowers for Valentine's Day. I'm sure I got fatter from the chocolates, but they were worth it. Haha!
What are you celebrating?

What a bunch of great news! Yay for selling the house, the webcomic ideas and enjoying favorite movies with your son. That all sounds awesome to me!
