I love Darkness Radio. It’s hosted by funny guys Dave Shrader
& Tim Dennis, and pretty girl Mallie Fox. They are based in Minnesota, but
I listen to their podcast from iTunes. It’s sometimes interesting to hear about
their dilemmas with cold weather because I’m from sunny California where it’s
sometimes too sunny.
They talk about scary stuff like ghosts, demons, haunted
dolls, black-eyed kids, cryptids, but add their funny jokes to lighten the
topic. I like when shows like this add humor, but not too much of it. Sort of
like Ghost Adventures on TV. When they get scared it cracks me up.
Mallie is always laughing on the show. So much that there is
a drinking game where these college guys take a drink every time she laughs.
Dave has 7 kids and jokes about having so many. If you
listen long enough, you will hear him talk about his own paranormal experiences
and being helped by angels or divine intervention.
I have been entertained by them for a few years now and even
went back to listen to their archived shows which you can do for free on their
website.

Glad you found a radio show you enjoy. I like the morning show on one of our local stations, but I only get to listen to it during carpool. Life is too busy for podcasts.
ReplyDeleteYes, Sweden is hiding a lot of great books! I'm glad you found one, in a language you can read. I recommend "The 100 Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared" I forget the author, and I forget who has the book now, I've lent it to so many people. You'll be laughing out loud a LOT. It's been translated to English.
I also hope you enjoy the Challenge and wish you all the best!
